2. Permitted Use
Cabanca is engineered for lawful commercial operations by independent merchants, creators, and enterprises selling genuine goods and professional services to willing clients.
3. Restricted Items and Prohibited Conduct
Merchants must never offer proscribed goods or conduct fraudulent transactions. The following items and activities are strictly prohibited:
- Counterfeit, stolen, or infringing merchandise violating intellectual property rights.
- Unauthorised sale of prescription pharmaceuticals or regulated chemical substances.
- Fraudulent schemes, pyramid arrangements, deceptive sales tactics, or impersonation.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit fund routing, or unauthorised remittance.
- Weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or narcotics proscribed under Nigerian statute.
- Harassment, non-consensual disclosure of customer records, or cyber attacks.
4. Store Independence: Important Notice
Cabanca is a technology infrastructure provider, not a retailer, intermediary broker, or commercial agent.
Every storefront on Cabanca is independently owned and administered by its respective merchant. Cabanca does not endorse, guarantee, or inspect individual inventories, item condition, or delivery execution.
All purchase agreements, fulfilment commitments, and disputes exist exclusively between the buyer and the merchant. Customers are encouraged to exercise customary commercial due diligence prior to remitting payments.
5. Merchant Compliance and Enforcement
Merchants must adhere to all applicable consumer protection, tax, and electronic commerce regulations. Cabanca monitors platform abuse and reserves the unilateral right to suspend or permanently disable any storefront found to violate this policy without prior notice.
6. Reporting Violations
If you identify a storefront violating these guidelines or engaging in suspected unlawful conduct, please submit a formal report to the Cabanca trust and safety team for immediate review.
7. Policy Amendments
This acceptable use policy may be revised periodically. Continued utilisation of Cabanca infrastructure indicates formal acceptance of the prevailing terms.
